Do you sometimes have trouble managing your thoughts, feelings, and anxieties and want to find other ways to cope? Are you feeling overwhelmed or upset by different life stressors? These rough patches are normal for everyone to go through, but at times, take some additional help. Taking the first step can be hard, but your recognition of this troublesome time and your willingness to seek out counseling with a desire to change is very empowering and will provide you with great satisfaction. I am an optimistic, energetic counselor that will provide a warm, empathetic,confidential environment for you to serve as your safe place. My experience includes having counseled families in their homes in addition to working in both middle school and high school settings. Being dually certified as a New Jersey School Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, helps enable me to provide even more knowledge and expertise to all of my adolescent clients. In my practice I see both adolescents ages 12 and above and adults individually, in addition to providing family counseling. I provide clients with flexible week night hours to accommodate all of my clients and each of their individual needs.
