In addition to providing services in the office, New Life Counseling & Mental Health Services, LLC is an Intensive In-Community Service provider within the Division of Children’s System of Care (DCSOC). Behavioral Health Services are delivered to youth in their home to support a least restrictive environment. The identified clients are youth between the ages of 5 – 18 years of age. The goal is provide intensive intervention, stabilization and supportive services with families in order to prevent residential placement, family and or school disruptions. Treatment and support services are child centered, family-focused, strength based, culturally competent and responsive to each child’s psychosocial, developmental, and treatment care needs. A team of highly dedicated licensed clinical therapists and certified behavioral assistants are matched with families and youth who request services and work to help them meet their individualized goals. Service plans are developed with the family and youth to ensure that goals are measurable, short-term and solution focused. New Life Counseling & Mental Health Intensive In-Community Providers offer flexible hours to meet family schedules. Services include but are not limited to: Caring and compassionate licensed clinical independent contractors in the following fields: LCSW, LPC, LCADC, LMFT, LAC, LSW Clinical staff that specializes in: Trauma Focused-CBT; Substance abuse; family therapy; adoption, DBT; DD; play therapy & grief counseling. Clinical staff certified to provide: Bio-Psycho-Social Needs Assessments; The stabilization of foster placements or children placed with relatives Parent education and support; collaboration treatment planning Behavioral intervention plans and coping strategies Referrals for psychiatric and medication monitoring DCSOC certified behavioral assistants What makes New Life Counseling and Mental Health Services exceptional?
