In a small supportive group, limited enrollment of 4 to 7 per group, "Art For Life" addresses anxieties, mood disorders, social skills, self image & self esteem, through the use of drawing, painting, sculpting, mixed media, poetry & narrative. Goals are to discover and understand how thoughts and feelings shape self image, self esteem, expectations, interacrions, at home, at school, at the mall!
