Shelter Plus Care is a permanent supportive housing program that provides HUD housing vouchers and support services to assist young people in acquiring sustainable housing and functioning in an independent living setting. Shelter Plus Care is a collaboration between the Housing Authority of Bergen County, which determines eligibility and administers the vouchers, and the Bergen County Division of Family Guidance, which provides ongoing case management services.
