The Tobacco Dependence Counseling Program at BCDHS is a free individual counseling service, in which individuals with a nicotine addiction can discuss quit strategies with a certified tobacco treatment specialist. Number of sessions and session frequency depends on each specific individual’s need and dependence. In this program, you will explore your reasons for wanting to quit, your smoking triggers, and prepare a quit plan that fits your lifestyle.
