New Jersey Reentry Corporation As a brief background, NJRC is a nonprofit agency with a social mission to remove all barriers to employment for individuals returning from incarceration. Clients attend a one-week orientation with us where we focus on the soft and hard skills pertaining to job readiness. In addition to the job readiness piece, we provide comprehensive case management services, the services of a social worker and pro bono legal services with a focus on driver's license restoration. For ex-offenders who are re-entering back into society, a challenging road lies ahead. We will help you obtain your basic identification (Birth Certificate, Social Security Card , non-driver MVC ID). We have a social worker on every site, as well as employment specialists, who work closely with the reentry population. The goal for all of our clients is to lead a law-abiding life, maintain gainful employment, and restore dignity to our clients.
