Licensed Professional Counselor offering counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples. Also offering an LGBTQ+ support group, and a Men's support group. Online therapy is also available. ?For a number of years I have worked with clients on a wide range of issues including abuse, anxiety, anger management, couples counseling, depression, family dynamics, LGBTQ+ issues (working in an affirmative manner), men's issues, and trauma. I will work with you to find the right approach, depending on your preference, and depending on the issues you would like to explore. In addition to traditional talking therapy, I can also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy). This is an approach used to help people heal from distressing experiences.
