Social Skills classes are designed to teach kids how to interact with their peers and adults, learn about personal space, following directions, making eye contact, transitioning between activities, understanding emotion, and more... Social Skills classes are grouped appropriately by age and ability. Classes are small to allow for individualized attention. Each class is 45 minutes. Classes can be covered by insurance depending on your insurance benefits. The Therapy Gym is an independent, therapist owned private practice. We are located in Bergen County, five minutes from the George Washington Bridge. Our goal is to enhance or restore movement and function and to enable each child to function optimally in his/her environment.
