For over 12 years I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults providing a compassionate, safe, and non- judgemental approach to address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, environmental stressors, and more. I combine traditional talk therapy with the creative arts which helps you connect to your best self and fullest potential and find your voice.
