Life Coaching for Teens teaches young people how to be successful, happy and fulfilled. This program meets once a week for 12 weeks and is for ages 8-18 years old. We will meet for 1 ½ hours each session. Kids will learn: How to manage their thoughts, feelings and behavior How to develop good daily habits Challenging limited beliefs How to create a vision board Managing their moods and thoughts daily Goal setting and an action plan Performing a Gains and Loss Worksheet Creating a Future Self How to build better relationships How to manage anxiety and stress How to create unbreakable confidence and more. We will use life coaching tools: role-playing, creative visualization, worksheets/activity sheets and action plans.
