I Rise Coaching provides life coaching to youths and young adults between the ages of 14-24. Services are provided in-home, in-community or virtually via Zoom. Our Mission is to provide evidence-based life coaching that will enlighten, encourage and empower youths and young adults to discover their full potential. In my experience with working with this age group I realized that there was still a gap that needed to be filled. Many of these youths and young adults have difficulty figuring out where their life is headed and has challenges in moving forward. I believe that life coaching can meet that need. Life Coaching will be beneficial to them as it provides the them with an opportunity to find the answers to whatever area of their life is keeping them stuck. In the coaching relationship they are the expert in their own lives and are viewed as resourceful and whole. I am here to guide them to the answers, hold them accountable and assist them in getting from where they are to where they want to be.
