The Kinship Navigator Program is a new grant funded program, designed to identify and support relative caregivers by providing information about available community resources and an on-line support group. Kinship Caregivers are not limited to grandparents. Sometimes, aunts, uncles or other relatives may take on the role of caregiver. At a time when many are ready for retirement, they once again find themselves taking on added responsibilities and care of a child.
